Financial Duties
  • Invoicing
  • Knowledge of Evolution/Sage
  • Intermediate Excell Skills
  • Update assets registers (head Office and Branches
Vendor Management
  • New vendors
  • Forms
  • Vendor Portals
  • Vendor Book
Writing Company communications
  • Company Letters
  • Internal Memos
Upkeep of Company documentation

Management of Auto fleet documentation
  • Card Management
  • Branches Statements
  • Recons for the Accounts department (Creditors)
7. Ad Hoc Duties
  • Relieve receptionist Assist Estimators when required
  • Tick sheets for reports
Salary R16 000.00 p/m
