Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Document processes.
- Safely operate vehicles and use field automation systems.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Planning of works at allocated sites in accordance with client schedules.
- Ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
- Preparation of job-specific risk assessments and work method statements.
- Conduct regular site and safety inspections.
- Liaising with allocated client representatives.
- Keeping a record of client interactions with details of actions taken.
- Prepare and submit bill of materials to specification for site-specific jobs.
- Selecting correct materials for allocated sites.
- Reviewing job progress at allocated sites.

- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven Field Service experience.
