Job Description
- Cost and value engineering projects, trainings and coaching.
- Support the engineering and commodity teams to drive forward supplier productivity.
- Change order requests-review critical change order request from construction managers and trade contracts to confirm if the request is in scope or out of scope.
- Work with the development and construction teams to create and review estimates and budgets across multiple discipline and types of work.
- Monitor, control and analyse the project cost information, identify variances and bring these to the attention of the project manager with possible alternatives.
- Project documents (PDD, IRM papers)- Contribute to the drafting of updating of these documents to ensure that they contain the project scope of work, KPIS’s, payment milestones and the methodology of the controlling the project schedule, costs and variances.
- Identify cost out of potentials in connection with standardization and modularization (pareto analyses).
- Provide support/input to the development of the project control planning.

- Degree in Engineering / Finance or related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of CAD principles, experience working in Pro-Eng
- Experience with system simulation tools.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, familiar with special estimating software or programming skills would be a plus.
- Breadth of experience across whole project and programme lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering / Finance or related discipline preferred.
