Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Qualified CA(SA)
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO.
• Proven track record of success in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
