You will be contributing to the organisations risk and compliance as well as leading the large national bookkeeping teams in their 6 regional branches across the country.Duties:
- Being accountable for accounting operations. Including managing bookkeeping teams
- Implementing effective accounting systems and automating accounting workflows
- Managing monthly KPI’s
- Recruiting and training support for the regional accounting teams
- Conducting regular quality control reviews
- Dealing with external auditors with escalated queries
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Completed B.com degree (Finance)
- Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
- Completed articles (SAICA/ SAIBA/ SAIPA)
- Registered Tax Practitioner (advantageous)
- CA(SA) advantagous
- Strong Management experience
- Periodic Travel will be involved (all over SA)
- Strong Caseware or Xero or Unibrowse experience (must be very tech savvy)
