Senior Accountant opportunity at a globally renowned entity!My client in the manufacturing sector is recruiting for a Senior Accountant. This organization is a pioneer in the industry with a rich legacy spanning over a century. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the finance department leveraging their expertise to drive financial strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
Duties:
- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Financial analysis
- Group quarterly reporting.
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Development of new financial models to improve efficiency and reporting quality
Education and experience:
- BCom Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is preferred
