Seeking an Exceptional HR Officer! Job & Company Descriptions
Are you an HR powerhouse with a passion for driving organizational success? My client is on the lookout for a dynamic HR Officer with a proven track record in Industrial Relations (IR), Recruitment, Payroll, HR Administration, and Skills Development.

As a HR Officer , you will be responsible for the following:
  • Industrial Relations (IR) Expertise: Manage employee relations effectively, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Recruitment: Spearhead the recruitment process from start to finish, attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding procedures.
  • Payroll Perfection: Handle payroll functions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely processing and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks seamlessly, including documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining HR systems.
  • Skills Development Champion: Implement robust skills development programs to enhance employee capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:
Completed Degree in HR or related field required

Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
