Job Requirements
Analyse potential sales and close deals Track daily/weekly and monthly stats Manage sales agents daily progress Coach/counsel and motivate team Have fresh and innovate ideas to ensure targets are met Ensure quality sales are received Required Qualifications & Experience Matric / Grade 12 Debt Review Experience: Prior exposure to a debt review environment as well as experience with Idocs Must have Microsoft Excel/Outlook & Word Experience 1 to 3 years' experience in Call Centre ManagementNecessary Skills & Attributes
Target driven (related to new business) Ability to build and nurture business relationships with corporate partners and clients. Management and supervisory skills Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary : R7 000.00
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30
