Description:
Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of construction site experience, along with proficiency in construction documentation and software, specifically ArchiCAD. This position requires heavy lifting and general work, as well as extensive travel all over South Africa, including overnight stays and long-distance travel. Therefore, candidates must possess their own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Must be proficient in ArchiCAD as well as the OFFICE SUITE software.
Conduct on-site assessments and provide technical support during the construction phase.Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
Basic project admin work.
Project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting not required but will be advantageous.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of construction site experience.
Strong understanding of construction documentation.
Must have own vehicle.
Registration with SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession) or any other professional body.
