Description:
Our client in the legal sector is currently looking for a Junior Accountant or Bookkeeper with high energy levels and a positive attitude to join their finance team.
Duties Include:
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts receivable - Bill of Quantities, Claims, Invoicing and Debt Collection
- Payroll
- Creditors reconciliations
- Other duties that would be requested from time to time.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Pastel and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet month-end deadlines.
- Knowledge of stock orders , delivery notes and purchase orders.
- A team player
- Own reliable transport
- Willingness to learn and self-develop.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certificates minimum requirement
Location:
- The position is based in office in Tygervalley.
Salary: 20 000 to 25000 a month (depending on experience)
Starting date: As soon as possible.
