The Company is a leading shopfitting and joinery company known for our high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. They are currently seeking a skilled Cutting List Specialist to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate cutting lists based on technical drawings and project specifications.
- Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed cutting lists.
- Optimize material usage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Review and revise cutting lists as needed to accommodate changes or updates to project designs.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of cutting list requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical design and creating cutting lists for shopfitting or joinery projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and cutting list software (e.g., Fusion, Cabinet Vision).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of shopfitting and joinery processes and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
