Description:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the management and delivery of B-BBEE Solutions to existing and new clients. We are looking for a solutions-driven person with B-BBEE Consulting and HR Consulting experience.
Required experience:
At least 3 years in a similar role within the B-BBEE industry.
Excellent knowledge on the B-BBEE Codes (Incl. Sector Codes).
Excellent knowledge on Employment Equity Reporting.
Excellent knowledge on WSP/ATR Reporting.
Excellent knowledge on HR Processes
Other abilities:
Advanced client-facing skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with clients.
Proven track record of successful pipeline building with customer focus, including the ability to foster long-term client relationships and create new relationships.
Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations.
