Planning-
· Arrangement of all Resources towards achievements of all Objectives
· Client Relationship Manager (Internal and External) –
· Ensure we meet our obligations to Clients and visa-versa
· Build and maintain strong Client Relationships Management
Compliance –
· Ensure Compliance
Deadlines –
· Ensure all Internal and/or External Deadlines are met
· Communication (Internal and External) –
· Acknowledge all written communication within one hour of receipt thereof and ensure thorough response within 24 hours thereof
· Provide feedback and time reporting on all activities to the relevant Stakeholders within the Business
General –
· Identify other Revenue-generating opportunities
