Description:
CTRL People is an up and coming HR Software company looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects.
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
· Allocate resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
· Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
· Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
· Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery.
