Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily work operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
2. Follow instructions provided by supervisors or senior team members, asking for clarification when needed.
3. Learn and apply basic technical skills as required for the specific job role.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
5. Attend and actively participate in training sessions or workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
6. Collaborate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks within given deadlines.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing work environments.
8. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
9. Uphold a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with colleagues, supervisors, or customers.
Qualifications:
1. Must be an unemployed youth (aged between 18 and 26) seeking an opportunity to gain work experience.
2. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
3. No prior work experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
7. Basic computer literacy is desirable but not essential.
8. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
