OPERATIONS MANAGER/EAST LONDON– Our client in the Agricultural Industry is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day Business Operations and be responsible for all imports. Strong Management, confidentiality, excellent organizational/planning skills and accuracy are highly important for this role. The successful Candidate will work with the Financial Manager, taking over all Managerial tasks. Job stability is crucial.
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification advantageous
Experience within the Agricultural Industry advantageous
Minimum 5-years’ experience in a similar capacity as an Operations Manager
Strong Human Resource Management and staff Management experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle

Manage all International Suppliers
Manage the entire operations
Audit Warehouse stocks
Responsible for all imports

MIE, Credit Check
Criminal check
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
