Our client in the Advanced water service industry is looking for a Regional Training officer. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
- Chemical engineering diploma.
- 3 years' experience in engineering.
- Water treatment industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of RO, UF, softening technologies.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Understanding of OHS Act.
- Medically fit for plant environment.
- Adequate vision and hearing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage training programs.
- Ensure SOP compliance and updates.
- Identify competency gaps and organize training.
- Conduct site-specific training.
- Administer PTO planning for supervisors.
