Key Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrating all capital sales & marketing endeavors within assigned territories.
  • Devising tailored sales strategies aligned with the departmental vision.
  • Conducting comprehensive competitor and pricing analyses to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Cultivating client loyalty and driving business expansion.
  • Providing stellar client support and fostering enduring partnerships.
  • Embracing extensive travel to nurture client relationships and explore market opportunities.
  • Delivering meticulous sales forecasts and engineering cost analyses.
  • Collaborating closely with manufacturing, aftermarket, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record (5+ years) as a Business Development Manager or Sales Engineer.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
