REMUNERATION SPECIALIST X1 (2 years FTC)

Main purpose: To develop and implement the SIUs remuneration strategy and processes while maintaining effective and efficient remuneration administration and management principles.Minimum qualification and experience: NQF Level 8 Honours Degree in HR management or equivalent. SARA accreditation as a Reward Specialist and /or Global Remuneration Professional) GRP) an added advantage. Six to Eight years of proven experience as a Remuneration Specialist, of which, four years must be at a management level.Key performance areas (Include but not limited to): Remuneration analysis.
