Are you an experienced Industrial Engineer specializing in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems within a manufacturing company?You will be responsible for optimizing the business processes and workflows through the effective utilization of Syspro ERP systems, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance. REQUIREMENTS- Matric, bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of ERP software platforms specifically Syspro
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent project management abilities, with a history of successfully leading ERP implementation projects from conception to completion
- Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
DUTIES
- Lead the development and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the specific needs of our manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP system integration.
- Design and customize ERP solutions to streamline production planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, and quality control processes within our manufacturing environment.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing ERP systems effectively and provide ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Work closely with the IT & Automation team and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement upgrades or enhancements as required.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging ERP technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our manufacturing operations.
