- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes and challenges that may arise during events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management capabilities, and ability to coordinate sessions between teams, topics and timelines to meet requirements.
- Initiative and Passion for Learning: Proactively contribute to administrative tasks, reporting, and basic training management, showcasing a genuine passion for Learning and Development and a willingness to learn and grow.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of process management and business administration
- Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence Agile Tools
- Good understanding of governance and compliance requirements
- Good understanding of training material and training coordination
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Administration/Management/Operations/IT/HR
- Prior experience as a learning/training coordinator
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
