Who we are: We are a creative force in the digital marketing arena.What we do: We drive brand success for all our clients.What we are looking for: A talented and passionate Conceptual Art Director / Copywriter who can create one-of-a-kind campaigns for our clients.What you will do:Develop, refine and implement a creative ideas and campaigns aligned with clients’ goals and objectivesDevelop innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brandsCreate customer-focused solutions that support advertising objectivesLead campaigns independently and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agenciesCommitted to understanding customers and delivering work that is both innovative on brand and successfulPresent ideas and concepts to internal teams and clientsAbility to manage multiple projects at once within budget and deadlinesProven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and socialWhat you must have:Proven experience as an Art Director or Conceptual Copywriter or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing workHighly proficient in design, typography, retouching, video and motion a plus, using Adobe SuiteStrong understanding of social, video, brand and design aestheticsAbility to translate creative briefs into visually compelling and effective motion design solutionsExcellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative teamPositive and collaborative attitude, with own team, wider organisation and external collaboratorsValid passport for overseas travel
