Description:
Successful CRM to support the business in its efforts to service our clients in a professional manner that will ensure retention of client contracts and upselling additional services to client base. The suitably qualified professional serves as the single point of contact between WFHC and the client. The CRM is responsible for all project management responsibilities in relation to the client(s) as well as quality assurance and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the relevant client contract.
Requirements:
•Relevant Post Graduate Degree in Psychology / Social Services or Social Sciences
•Relevant experience in the wellness industry
•Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
•Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
•Background in customer service industry would be advantageous
•Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
•A customer-oriented attitude
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Problem-solving aptitude
•Ability to work well with a team
•A valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
