The ICT Group a prominent Internet Service Provider and Managed Services Company is looking to employ an experienced

Sales Team Leader with knowledge and experience in the ICT and Telecoms sector.


The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently.


Responsibilities and Expectations following our Sales Team Leader:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets and goals.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to sales agents, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Sales Director and CEO.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role within the ICT and Telecoms sector, with a track record of success in achieving targets and upselling sales, driving revenue growth.

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and team members.

• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.

• Skills Required: Good Interpersonal Skills, Leadership Skills, Customer relationship skills, Excellent communication skills, Time management skills, Good administrative skills, Problem Solving, Deadline orientated, Telephone etiquette, Listening Skills, Self-Driven, Team player, Emotionally controlled, Computer Literacy.
