Description:
· ASSISTANT TO EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN OVERPORT DURBAN
· Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Time-management skills – MUST MEET ALL DEADLINES
· Ability to pay attention to detail
· Organization skills
· Ability to multitask
· Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
