Description:
Our client in the Transport Industry, requires the services of many Debriefing Supervisors to join their team.
Key performance areas:
- Debrief all drivers on Mix.
- Reporting accidents & Incidents.
- Report all driver behaviour.
- Correct all ODO’s on Mix daily.
- Report all Driver incidents - speeding, revving etc.
- Book all maintenance daily.
- Daily completion of Debriefing report.
- Load new driver schedules on all groups.
- Monitoring and controlling all Driver scores and fuel consumptions.
Requirements:

- Matric with a Valid Code 14 Driver’s Licence/PDP
- Previous Operations/driving experience in a warehousing/transport environment is required
- Previous Technical/mechanical experience will be advantageous
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with staff and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must have own reliable transport
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with a Valid Code 14 Driver’s Licence/PDP
