Job Description
- Prepare Structural, Mechanical and Piping estimates as directed by the Regional EPC Proposals and Estimating Manager, Proposal Engineer or his designate.
- Careful study of the tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Check the overall accuracy of the materials take-off / bills of quantities and specifications issued by the engineering department.
- Prepare material take-off for the M&P scope for proposals when there is no support available from engineering and when the situation demands.
- Preparation of commercial adjudication of materials / equipment / subcontract quotations.
- Preparation of complete cost estimate in accordance with company work instructions by using norms and procedures.
- Co-operate in the introduction of new techniques in estimating.
- Carry out site visits as and when required.
Requirements:

- BTech/Degree/ND in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 7-10 years technical experience and proven ability to develop professional tenders in Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) Projects.
- Construction and Engineering contractual knowledge.
