Branch Manager - Kempton Park, JHB – R50 000 Per Month
Transport company is looking for a Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive oversight of all business aspects, including the workshop, operations, and personnel.
· Ensure deadlines are met, work is completed to high standards, and discipline is administered promptly.
· Demonstrate strong conflict management skills and a commitment to fairness in all dealings.
· Motivate and inspire team members, leading by example to earn their respect.
Qualifications:
· Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
· 10+ years of managerial experience, including staff supervision.
· Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
· Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Valid Code B driver’s license and RSA citizenship.
· Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Experience in operations and financial reporting.
Advantageous Qualifications:
· Relevant formal qualification.
· Experience with CCMA cases.
· Proficiency in advanced business reporting.
· Management experience across diverse industries.
