Training Officer
- Manage, review, update and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Develop and manage training matrix
- Organize, support, and facilitate appropriate training
- Execute planned training observations (PTO)
- Identify gaps in competence and organize training
- Develop training programmes
- Develop material for technical training
Requirements:

- Chemical engineering diploma or equivalent - required
- Bachelor's degree - engineering or science major - preferred
- 3 years experience in engineering environment
- 3 years experience in water treatment industry - preferred
- Experience working with Reverse Osmosis (RO), ultra-filtration (UF), softening - preferred
- Management/supervision - advantageous
- Chemical engineering diploma or equivalent - required
