We are looking to hire a qualified individual to join our dynamic team. * The company secretary must comply with all the statutory provisions of the Companies Act, including the lodgement of all documents (specific annual returns, not limited to) with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office and the maintenance and updating of the company’s register of members on the firm software. * Liaise with relevant persons (shareholders, directors, members) that is clients of our firm * Annual return lodge at CIPC monthly for several companies and close corporations * Fulfil your duties in terms of the Companies Act, (we will also commit to training in terms of the Companies Act) * Work without supervision * Be able to work in a team and to supervise others * Honesty, trustworthy person * Organised person, deadline driven * Excellent communication skills * Relevant degree of company secretary would be to your advantage * IF no degree: at least 5 to 10 years’ experience as a company secretary * MS Word * MS Excel Market Related * Relevant degree of company secretary would be to your advantage * IF no degree: at least 5 to 10 years’ experience as a company secretary * MS Word * MS Excel
