Our client is seeking an dynamic individual with 5-star hospitality experience managing a luxury villa on a Game Reserve in the Grahamstown area in the Eastern Cape. Experience and knowledge in wine and food and beverage on a high-end level is required.Requirements:
- 5-star luxury villa, restaurant or yacht experience required – at least 3 years.
- Food & Beverage knowledge essential.
- Wine diploma or wine tasting experience required / cellar management.
- Energetic and dynamic.
- Must be able to manage a team.
- Must be flexible in terms of leave / days off.
- Must have good housekeeping knowledge and experience.
- Administration skills
- Excellent communication/ hosting skills.
