Emerging Group of Companies which is expanding at a healthy rate, seeks to hire a Reporting Financial Manager who will be responsible for the budgeting, monthly reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking. Qualifications:- Complete BCom Accounting with complete articles (SAICA/SAIPA)
- Currently studying towards CIMA
- Advanced Excel essential
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Power BI
- Responsible for the annual budget process, working with relevant cost center budget owners to create a realistic operational expense budget, determine the best investment for the business, and understand cause and effect drivers of environmental forces.
- Provide in-depth analysis of various aspects of the business to enhance the financial performance and address any risks promptly and assist with month-end and year-end rollovers.
- Analysis and forecasting, monthly financial forecasts submitted within group deadlines, forecasts on sales.
- Cost calculations and price planning
- Successful implementation of key index products regarding process flow, financial processes, and systems that are scalable and efficient.
- Set up cloud billing, and processes and ensure easily scalable from a finance function perspective.
- Assist with treasury, reconciliations, and settlement functions.
