Our company is looking for an Equity Recruitment Business Partner as we are expanding locally and abroad.Requirements:MatricDegree / Diploma in HR will be an advantage.5 - 8 years proven managerial track record in the recruitment industry, have insight in the latest trends, headhunting techniques and technology.Duties:You will assist the current Managing Director with strategic and operational matters inclusive of business development both in terms of clients and quality candidates.We have an extensive database providing referrals, leads and quality candidates for marketing purposes.You will be instrumental in creating specialist divisions and tapping into the database as a source that can be utilized.Remuneration:The percentage of equity shareholding can be negotiated and for these purposes you need equity of between R1m - R3m.TO APPLY:Only if you do meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
