Job Summary

The successful candidate will need to provide excellent customer service, capturing orders, resolving telephonic and email queries, exploring opportunities to increase sales and tracking orders with the aim of developing new and maintaining good relationships with Etail customers and platforms.

Key Performance Area

Customer Communication

  • Ensure customers meet deadline commitments.
  • Foster on-going professional relationships with existing & new customers, creating a culture of consultative selling, monitoring sell through data, replenishment suggestions to maximise sales, promotion suggestions, seasonal planning etc.
  • Upselling based on ATS if we do not have stock of a particular style.
  • Foster good relationships with customers (Wholesalers and E-Tailers). Assisting them with growth strategies and suggestions for expansion, planning and in stock programs within their businesses.

Orderbook Management and processing

  • Manage E-Tailers (Marketplace and Warehouse) to ensure the correct product mix. Cradle to grave approach which includes onboarding, cataloguing, product flow, sell through in conjunction with digital commerce.
  • Wholesale E-Tail onsite merchandising and visual impact in line with omni-channel approach and GTM
  • Order placement on behalf of the E-Tailer (marketplace) to ensure product mix and sales opportunities are optimized when prebooking stock, and GTM calendar is followed for optimal in season marketing activation.
  • Work cross functional to ensure marketing rolls out on time. Set up of a Marketing E-Tailer calendar (in season and budget purposes). Report on marketing activations.
  • Manage and develop VAS (Value Added Service) requirements between Customer Service and 3rd Party Warehouse.
  • Manage in season trade (Order shipment, Order tracking, VAS Updates)
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies and reporting.
  • Along with merchandising, maintain good product mix, ensuring responsible segmentation by end-use.
  • Oversee and Manage B2B system with regards to requirements, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Effective orderbook management which includes cancellations, late stock notifications and product flow.
  • Work closely with 3 rd party warehouse and logistics partners to ensure products are received On Time and In Full.

Reports

  • Consumer data analytics and refinement of offer to deliver highest return.
  • AR Report - CS execution based on Finance comments.
  • Regional QBR Review
  • Quarterly Etail Audit results and action plan per account
  • Monthly Location Reviews
  • Work with Ecom Manager on Monthly Regional Digital Commerce Reporting, Calls and action items
  • Monthly Digital Commerce Deals
  • Monthly Account Sell Through Review (including Marketing)
  • Report on Key Account Performance, Weekly Top Sellers, Agent Reporting Toolbox, Returns, Seasonal reporting
  • Provide stakeholders with recommendations on product mix and performance of the brand through monthly reporting and analysis of sales reports.
  • Weekly Digital Dashboard
  • Takealot Freight Tracking

Returns

  • Manage the processing of exchanges, replacements and refund on products with 3rd party warehouse

Sales

  • Drive sales by securing stock and management fast selling and slow selling stock.
  • Replenish all marketplace accounts weekly
  • Achieve Account Targets
  • Management of sales pipeline and white space document to be constantly reviewed to ascertain market potential.
  • Work with Ecom Manager on adopting learnings from direct Ecom site
  • Help marketing to identify opportunities for new promotions within all channels.
  • Weekly sales forecasting based on run rate, AR status and order book

Account Recons

  • Finalize account recons with Finance post sales month

Training

  • Create Training Manuals per Etail account and save share drive

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Tertiary Education beneficial
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of SAP B1 & DTW operations beneficial
  • Experience of a Marketplace portals
  • Process Set up Specialist.
  • Highly skilled in Excel (Data mapping, Auto-refresh dashboards, Vlookups, Ablebits, Pivot tables)
  • Highly skilled Reporting & Analysis development
  • Key account experience
  • Strong analytical skills
