- Nephrology: 4 to 5 years
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Nursing
• Post basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing
• SANC registered
• Transplant experience and coordination
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar environment
• The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching
