Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cape Town. Candidates for this position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving their complaints, while maintaining customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also be required to document customer interactions and generate reports for management review.
