Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
