SENIOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICER: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R961 945 TO R1,219,320 PER ANNUM ● REF NO: CS 63/24 ● CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree/ Bachelor of Technology
- Minimum five (5) years relevant experience.
Key performance areas:
- Conduct Information Technology Business Analysis using techniques for requirements gathering, functional decomposition, functional user interface design, entity relationship modelling, process improvement, technology assimilation, change management, and process modelling to identify opportunities for prompt business processes
- Draft correspondence of a more complex and involved nature to facilitate the functioning of the Department/ Branch
- Communicate with fellow professionals as well as internal and external clients to work on issues of common interest and/or to share information, by keeping all affected parties fully informed and aware of issues of common concern.
