Description:
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:- Knowledge / experience in the supply of nuts, bolts, screws an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role
- SAP knowledge an advantage
- MS Office knowledge essential
- Reliable transport * Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Label and store items in the designated locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or systems
- Prepare orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and arranging for shipment
- Perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels are accurate
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish stock as needed
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts
