We are looking for a junior legal secretary to join our Law firm in Durban North, experience in the following UNDEFENDENT MATTERS will be advantageous:-
1. Summons and particulars of claim using templates
2. Preparation of RDJ' s & WRITS
3. Attended to queries on RDJ
4. Prepare RDJ Indexes for lodgment
5. Sent documents to Sheriff via Docex
6. Follow-up with the Sheriff on returns and service
