Duties (Key Result Areas):
· Actively interact with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer appropriate product solutions.
· Effectively explain to prospective buyers the characteristics and advantages of our products
· Reach sales goals by skillfully completing transactions and recommending additional items.
· Keep abreast of rival products, market developments, and product knowledge.
· Create and preserve a solid rapport with clients to guarantee recurring business.
· Work together as a team to create fresh approaches to boosting revenue and raising client happiness.
· Respond to consumer questions and grievances promptly and professionally.
Inherent Requirements:
· A strong passion for sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build professional relationships with customers.
· A positive attitude and persuasive nature to effectively overcome objections and close deals.
· Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
· Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
