Description:

Le Bonheur Reptiles and Adventures offers quality experiences and overnight stays to a broad spectrum of visitors, and have been doing so for 40 plus years. The reception desk/ticket counter constitutes the core of our center, and the person(s) manning it maintains the heartbeat of our offering by being the visitor's first contact. The position encompasses reception, client communication, capturing and maintaining reservations, internal communication with team members, retailing, cash ups (ticket counter is stationed inside our gift shop). It also requires administrative duties (maintaining attendance register, data entries onto internal control forms, filing, stock checks).

Ability to work weekends and public holidays

BENEFICIAL SUPPLIMENTARY SKILLS

Retail experience - pricing / floor display

Hospitality booking experience

Marketing

REMUNERATION:

R7000 - R11000 p month
