Description:
ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting and technical support to our users telephonically, via email, service desk tickets, and Microsoft Teams
Identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report internal & external customer queries, ensuring POPIA compliance is adhered to
Implement defined standards, processes, and daily activities maintaining customer satisfaction requirements
Support business units in identifying, tracking, and updating systems, business processes and data flows
Identify and report IT risks associated with data privacy compliance
Test and implement new modules and enhancements
Assist with project tasks and deployments
Identify, test, and liaise with OneTrust team in resolving application issues
Experience
Related IT qualification (Minimum Certificate or Diploma)
Minimum of 3 years IT experience in an application support environment
Experience using support ticketing tools such as JIRA or 4me service management
Experience using Microsoft products such as Office 365
Knowledge of POPIA (The Protection of Personal Information Act)
