We are looking for an experience Executive Personal Assistant who has previous experience dealing with high level work as an Executive Personal Assistant for the Managing Director and CEO for a company based in the Centurion area. Requirements:- Formal Executive Assistant Training
- Tertiary Degree/ Diploma beneficial
- 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant for Top level executives
- Ability to engage in all aspects of the business as a representative of the MD and CEO
- Must live in the Centurion, Midrand or Pretoria East area
- Valid Drivers license and own transport
- Excellent communication skills
- Minute taking skills

- Manage internal projects and follow-up with team members where required
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments
- Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents as required
- Printing and binding presentations
- Travel Coordination – including the booking of flights, accommodation, transfers, and submission of applications for visas
- Monthly management of travel and expenses processes
- General administrative support which includes – producing letters, booking couriers, taxis, rooms, managing stationery, organizing team events etc.
- Answering team phones when they are not able to, taking messages and responding where necessary
- Responding to and following up on emails and delegating if necessary
- Organising team events as required
- Ad hoc project work
