The Role: As a Solar Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, design, and execution of solar projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations and contribute to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering design and planning process for solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to optimize system performance and maximize energy output.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate project activities, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in solar project engineering, with a strong understanding of solar PV technologies, design principles, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in CAD software, PV system modeling tools, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and passion for renewable energy.
