- Must be registered with the SACQSP (SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession) as a Registered PrQS
- Relevant QS computer system proficiency
- Competint in MS Projects
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- Must be available for extended work hours when working on active projects
DUTIES
- Assist core QS Staff and QS Office Managers with improving QS Services for external client
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the business
- Improve and develop existing estimating system
- Identify shortcomings and problems before they occur, and create systems to mitigate shortcomings
- Managing the costs and budgets of maintenance projects
