Description:
Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join their growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their production plant by installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery and equipment. Qualifications- Millwright trade qualification (required).
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (required).
- N4 qualification in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (highly preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of apprenticeship experience as a Millwright (required).
- 3-5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a production plant environment (preferred).
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and YSD systems (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability and willingness to work according to a rotating shift schedule.
