Our client is a real estate company specialising in property management, investment, and development within both the residential and commercial property sectors. Role Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the company.
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents, conducting research, and maintaining communication links.
  • Organising and maintaining files and documents.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting with filing of legal documents with courts, government agencies, and other relevant entities.
  • Transcribing dictated notes, memos, and documents using dictation equipment or digital tools.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive legal information and client communications.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Paralegal certification or equivalent academic qualification.

Relevant Skills / Experience:


  • Relevant experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar position.
  • Solid experience with dictaphone typing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of legal terminology.
