R12 000 - R15 000 basic salary, plus commission

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Consultant to join our clients' high-performance team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals to achieve targets. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by effectively managing client interactions, generating leads, and managing the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have atleast 2 years of experience in internal sales. Experience within the printing technology industry will be highly beneficial.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of proven sales experience and a track record of success.
Qualification in Business/Sales Management or related field is advantageous.
Experience in the printing technology industry is beneficial.
Highly proficient in computer skills.
Self-starter with strong motivation.
Process-driven with attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve new and existing customers/accounts to secure orders for our range of products.
Prepare compelling sales presentations tailored to different customer needs and our product portfolio.
Focus sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential customer volume and buying potential in the assigned area.
Process orders accurately by referencing price lists, product literature, and sales guides.
Keep management informed by submitting detailed activity and results reports.
Monitor market competition by gathering information on pricing, products, and selling techniques.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, providing recommendations to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments through training and workshops.
Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Attend weekly sales meetings at the office to collaborate with the team and share insights.
