Location: Kempton Park
Salary: R 15 000 - R 20 000
Our Client in the Body and Trailer Manufacturing industry is looking for a Workshop Supervisor who will be responsible to ensure that work is carried out correctly and on schedule
Requirements:
- Experience in refrigeration body building and steel trailers is a MUST
- Supervising and training of staff
- Should be able to listen and communicate well
- Attentive and can listen closely to the needs of the employees
- Experience in CNC Bending machines, Spray painting and steel trailer manufacturing is a MUST
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Conflict resolution skills
- Conduct performance reviews
- Machine maintenance report
- Daily / weekly production schedules
